Incorporate Health Academy, LLC was created from a God-given vision of CEO/ Instructor Karema Farmer, RN, CPI. Originally founded in 2018 as simply Incorporate Health, this minority owned small business, strictly provided life support training to individuals and businesses in the Tri-State area. In November 2021, we are proud to say that it has grown into a healthcare training academy!
Nurse Karema has always had a passion to be an integral part in the delivery of healthcare since childhood whether through providing direct patient care or by training others in clinical skills. Through Incorporate Health, it is Karema's dream to certify, to educate, and to train as many people as possible in the proper delivery of health care services and life sustaining techniques.
Mission
Incorporate Health Academy, LLC's mission is to empower and prepare individuals who desire to have a career in healthcare and/or be an integral part of healthcare delivery by way of skill-based training.

Incorporate Health Academy, LLC's vision is to become a well-known allied health and life support training center. Through Incorporate Health, we want to provide an exceptional and affordable skill-based learning experience for individuals who desire to be an integral part of the healthcare industry and for those who are seeking to learn basic life sustaining training.
