What are your hours of operation?

Incorporate Health hosts group sessions every other Saturday of each month from 9:30a- 4:00p (approximately) Beyond the hosted group sessions, Incorporate Health is a flexible company. Currently, business hours are based on the client needs and are subject to change.

When will I receive my certification card?

Incorporate Health tries to supply all trainees with certification cards on the day of training after successfully completing the course. By law, we are required to issue certification cards WITHIN 2 weeks after successful completion of the course.

Are you certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross?

Incorporate Health provides BLS training through American Heart Association and all other life support training through EMS Safety Services. We do not provide training through American Red Cross.

How long does my certification lasts?

Certification lasts for 2 years. It is strongly suggested to be mindful of your certification month and year to avoid a lapse in certification.

I am unable to make it to a group session, can you come to me?

Absolutely! If you are an individual, group or corporation in need of training and/or certification, Incorporate Health is a flexible mobile company that can come to you when it is convenient for you! Please inquire about convenience fee when booking a service.

I am unable to keep my appointment, can I reschedule?

Yes! Incorporate Health greatly appreciates your business and is willing to work with you and your schedule. Please give at least a 1-day notice if you need to reschedule. *Availability may vary. *

How can I submit a payment?

Incorporate Health can take payments via Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. If you do not have access to either app, cash, checks or money orders are accepted and will be collected before services are rendered.

What happens if I do not pass the course?

If a trainee does not successfully complete a course by way of demonstration or demonstration and test (depending on employer specification) Incorporate Health will schedule a remediation course at no additional fee.
